Healthy refreshments provided Come out and join Hye Yeon Lee for a workshop dedicated to using yoga blocks for all levels. Learn some of the foundational, strength, stability and alignment modifications that are available with the use of blocks. This class is open to students of all levels and yoga teachers who wish to make their practice more accessible and/or would like a refresher on how to use blocks to assist their students in practice. Some of the benefits of blocks are: *Accessibility: Bring the floor up to make a pose more accessible and feel great too! *Restorative Practices: Relaxation and resting poses. *Strength: Build resistance while using blocks. *Alignment: Align yourself in a pose with more ease *Balance: Blocks make a great prop to challenge our stability
